Billet Throttle Cover Replacement for Polaris Sportsman 450 550 570 850 (2009–2018) – 5438268

This replacement billet throttle cover is designed for select Polaris Sportsman models and installs on the factory throttle assembly in place of the original plastic cover. Machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized black, the cover is manufactured to OEM dimensional specifications for proper fit and sealing. During installation, the original O-ring seal is transferred from the factory cover to this billet cover. Intended as a direct replacement during service or customization, it installs with no modifications required when used on the listed applications. We also make a matching master cylinder cover and gas cap available separately in our store.
