Lindemans Brewery is a Belgian family brewery based in Vlezenbeek, in the Flemish Brabant southwest of Brussels. They produce lambics — a style of Belgian ale brewed with raw wheat and wild yeast — and long before hops were common, fruits and herbs were used to season beer. The result is a clean, bright, complex tartness unlike anything else.
